Bessie Is Available For Adoption

This exceptionally sweet girl has come a long, long way since the day she was rescued off the street with her newborns. She was a homeless young mama dog struggling to survive with her one week old puppies. She was malnourished, afraid & untrusting. The rescuers collected her puppies then captured her by gently coaxing her to safety. Once safe & secure, they were transported to a loving foster home.

Fast forward to today.. Bessie has weaned her puppies. All but one survived. The TLC & good nutrition she has received in foster care has helped her so much! Bessie's coat is no longer brittle & dull. It's soft & shiny. Her eyes smile now! They no longer show fear. Bessie has blossomed into a precious one year old who loves to be petted & hugged. It's so wonderful to see her playing with her stuffies like a happy pup! 🐶💛🧸 She enjoys being outdoors & can often be caught sunbathing near the pool. She's absolutely wonderful with other dogs & we imagine she would be great around cats & kiddos with slow intros. She has shown zero aggression, even when she was scared.😇

Bessie is ready to find her forever home. She needs & deserves someone who is patient & willing to give her the time she needs to build trust. Once she feels safe, she warms up & wants to be loved!💗

Bessie is around a year old & she weighs 28 lbs & full grown. She's so super sweet & adorable! We believe Bessie girl has dachshund in her mix, as her body is long. She's been spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped. She's crate trained & housetrained.
