The two Jazz babies still waiting for forever homes are brothers Louis Armstrong and Duke Ellington. The babies were about one week old when they were heard crying from inside a trash bag by someone out for a walk. She rescued them and contacted Trenton Cats Rescue. The babies were immediately transferred to a foster mom where they were bottle fed until they learned to eat on their own. They are the most snuggly bunch of babies, all enjoying sleeping on their foster mom's lap or next to it. Louis just melts into his foster mom's or another person's arms and falls asleep. Louis and Duke squeeze together into their hammock and nurse on its cloth while kneading each other's bodies or faces, which is pretty funny to watch. Ideally they should be adopted together or with another young cat or go to a home where someone is at home much of the time. If you'd like to meet Louis Armstrong or think this cat would be a good match for your family, please complete our adoption questionnaire at http://www.trentoncats.org/adoption-questionnaire/ and let your references know someone will be contacting them soon. All our cats are neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed and flea-treated, tested for FIV/FeLV, and microchipped prior to adoption. Thanks for opting to adopt!
