Hi there! My name is Tofu, and I'm a two-year-old bundle of energy who also happens to be a professional snuggler. My favorite place to sleep? Right on your lap, of course! I love exploring the world and going on walks-I'm a pro at walking on my leash. Car rides are a blast, and I'm always ready to join you wherever you go.
When my human is away, I'm a good pup and stay in my crate, even at night. I'm working hard on letting my human know when I need to go outside for a tinkle, and I'm doing great with it. Now, about food-let's just say I LOVE it! My human has to be super careful not to leave any tasty treats within my reach because I can't resist! But, as much as I love human food, my tummy doesn't always agree.
I get along well with other dogs, although I can be a little bossy at times. I haven't met any cats yet, so I'm not sure how I feel about them. I do like kids, especially when they throw my ball for me! Fetch is one of my favorite games, and I'm pretty good at hitting the ball back. Oh, and did I mention my fabulous wardrobe? Plus, I have my very own swimming pool-life is good!

All dogs are microchipped, spayed or neutered, vaccinated, flea/worm treated and have had a wellness exam before becoming adoptable. If you are interested in adopting a BHNW dog, please fill out the online application. If you are matched to the dog you are interested in or another dog in our program, you will be contacted by the foster family. Prior to adopting, there is a mandatory home evaluation to ensure your home and family are ready for that dog. We require a contract for all adoptions and there is a two-week trial to ensure a good match. If for any reason you can no longer care for the dog you adopted from us, that dog must be returned to our program.
