Get ready to fall in love with Loofah!
Loofah is a young dog who is full of life! When we first met her at the Adoption Center, she was a shy girl, and she’s been gaining more and more confidence ever since. She is an active pup who likes to keep busy, from playing with her plush toys to taking walks around the neighborhood and sniffing things along the way.
When Loofah moves into a new home, treats, affection and playtime will help her come out of her shell. Loofah is also an eager and fast learner. Her ideal adopter would be patient and enjoy teaching her new tricks! She would also do best in an area where she can take walks without many other dogs nearby.
Adventures and fun await with Loofah by your side! To receive more information about the lovely Loofah, click the “Adopt Me” button here - https://adopt.adopets.com/pet/1ba0f20e-20bd-4a46-a32f-5703d41dc3d7
*The ASPCA Adoption Center encourages a $150 suggested adoption fee when adopting an animal. This suggested adoption fee allows the ASPCA to continue our lifesaving work and help even more animals in need. We are grateful for any and all amounts given at the time of adoption.*

**The ASPCA is committed to prioritizing the health and safety of the community, the animals in our care and our staff, and we are keeping a close eye on developments related to the COVID-19 crisis as they evolve. As such, the ASPCA Adoption Center in New York City is currently closed for in-person visitors. However, we are excited to offer remote adoptions using video conferencing! In-person meet-and-greets are also sometimes available or required for specific animals. Please check out our available cats and dogs above, and if one catches your eye, apply directly for him or her. An ASPCA Matchmaker will let you know if the animal you are interested in adopting is eligible for or requires an in-person meet-and-greet.
Please note: Adoption applications are handled in the order they are received and submitting an adoption survey does not constitute a hold or guaranteed adoption. You can expect to receive automated emails updating you on your adoption status as our Matchmakers go through applications. Thank you for your patience, and we hope you find your match!**
