Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Loves all humans Afraid of most cats Does best with calm/submissive dogs (not a fan of the rowdy ones) Listens and follows cues very well, tries to always be on his best behavior Excellent walking buddy, adventure partner, or cuddly couch companion
Teddy Freddy, a charming canine resident of our shelter. His personality is as unique as his name! He's sweet, cuddly, friendly, and funny. Teddy Freddy has a knack for making everyone around him smile. His curious nature keeps him engaged with the world, and his goofy antics are sure to keep you entertained. He loves to get those scratches in and his favorite spot is his booty! He will turn around and hold that big badonk nice and high so you can't miss it. But don't worry, if you do happen to miss it, he will dance it around and tap those toes until you find the magic spot. After a good booty pat down, he's ready for just about anything. Need a quick work out? Teddy Freddy is always ready for a game of tug. He has such a gentle soul, he knows just when to calm down for a cuddle. The staff here adore him, he's a favorite for his all-around good nature. He is selective with dogs, and would do best in a home with children over the age of 12 as he prefers to be the center of attention. When it comes to cats, he tends to be a bit afraid but can you blame him? Those alley cats are not a force to be reckoned with! Please apply to adopt at: http://www.pawsgh.org

Our public hours are Tuesday - Saturday 11 am - 4pm. Dog meets may be also scheduled on Sunday and Monday by appointment only. No appointment is needed to meet our cats during public hours.
Please note that appointments are highly recommended for dog meets due to limited staff availability, but we do accommodate walk-in visits whenever possible. Additionally, many of our dogs may be located off-site in foster homes and an appointment will be required to meet those pets. We do require a completed application prior to meeting pets in foster homes to preserve the valuable time of our foster families.

More about this shelter
PAWS finds new families for stray dogs and cats as well as owner surrendered pets. We also accept animals brought to us by concerned citizens and local animal control agencies and do our best to find them suitable homes. Our mission is to find homes and offer direct care for as many of these loveable pets as possible. PAWS attempts to prevent the birth of unwanted animals through education and spay/neuter programs.
PAWS of Grays Harbor is a strictly non-profit organization and we survive because of donations from our community. All of the animals we adopt out are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and treated for fleas. Sometimes, the animals we rescue require additional veterinary care. Without your donations, none of this would be possible. Thank you for your support, we couldn’t do it without you.
