Hi there, I'm Shadow! I'm 1 1/2 years old, full of life and love to play. I'm always ready to explore new things, sniff out a mystery or two, and run around in the great outdoors. I'm still learning my manners, so l might be a bit too much for little ones, but I'd be a great companion for older kids. I love being the center of attention, so I'd prefer to be your only pet. I'm a a bit of a free spirit but lve got lots of love to give. Adopt me and I promise to fill your life with fun, laughter, and lots of tail wags!

We ask all potential adopters to fill out an adoption application which allows us to check certain points of reference (vets, home ownership status, previous pets, etc). If the application looks good, the adopter signs the adoption contract which states, among other things, the animal(s) will have a permanent home with said adopter and if for any reason this becomes impossible, the animal must be returned to Four Legs Good. Four Legs Good reserves the right to place a follow-up phone call or visit, with notice, within the first year of adoption.

Four Legs Good is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to providing the most humane treatment of Rockland County animals in need. We started as a small group of dedicated volunteers who decided to make a difference in the lives of feral, homeless and abandoned animals. We are currently working out of the RG CARES Animal Shelter.
