Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello! My name is Max! I am an Aussie Doodle! I am house trained. I know sit and how to give paw! I am around 2 years old. I am very energetic and love to play tug of war. I get along great with cats even though they might not like me very much. I get overwhelmed in social situations where there are a lot of people. I love going for walks but do not like riding in the car. I am good with children and people but he need time to get to know them before I feel completely comfortable. I am around 90lbs and will need a big yard to run in. I am a great household protector. I will need a large fenced in yard because I do not do well on lead. I do not do well with other dogs. I am a herding dog so I do like to herd. I love to play, but sometimes I don’t know when it is time to stop. I would do well in a quiet neighborhood where there are not a lot of noises because I can get stressed out and start barking and it can be hard to calm him down. I am fine being left home alone if need be and I do not chew on anything or have accidents.

If your application is chosen and approved we will setup a meet and greet with the pet. You will hear back regardless if chosen or not.

We place the dogs in the best home not the first home. Please be patient while we go over all apps and we will be in touch.

We are foster based. You must apply on Crossyourpaws.com first. If your application is chosen as the best fit for the dog we will move forward with the approval process. Once approved you will be setup with a time to meet the dog. Our dogs are all over the greater Pittsburgh area.

Our goal is to make this world a place where starving, abused animals is a thing of the past. That shelters filled with dogs and cats waiting to be euthanized is unheard of.
