Meet Berlioz, a super sweet and playful boy!
Berlioz had four siblings but they have all been adopted out, now he's waiting for his furr-ever home!

Berlioz loves sleeping with his humans under the covers where it's warm. When it's playtime (which is his favorite time) he loves chasing around his plastic spring toys and carrying them around in his mouth. This little love bug is also sure to cover you in face kisses to show how much he loves you!

Berlioz is very well behaved and would do great in any home. He does well with other cats, kids and dogs!

Submit Application

Once you submit an application, one of our dedicated adoption volunteer coordinators will contact you.

2.
Meet the Pet

Some of our kitties are in foster homes and about 40 are at our shelter. So be patient! We may have to schedule a visit at a foster home.

3.
Approve Application

The volunteer adoption coordinator will call your veterinary reference and your personal references. Video home visit too!

At any given time, Ferndale Cat Shelter has at least 150-250 cats and kittens in our care. Most of those kitties are in foster homes while 40-50 may be at our shelter. We love to make the purrfect match for you so you and your kitty will live long and healthy lives together.
