My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rocket is 7 years old and is curious, playful, and independent. He gets along well with other dogs and cats, and is very friendly with everyone. He is an indoor only cat, neutered, and vaccinated. We have had him since he was around 6 months old as a stray who walked into our home one day and decided to make himself cozy and stay.
His favorite things to do are get cozy and take naps, beg for food (especially pork), sit in your lap, and play little cat games with you.
Rocket is mostly blind. His eyesight has slowly degenerated since he was about 6 months old, but the vet says it seems to not be getting any worse. He can see light and shadows and can navigate a home with very little difficulty. Because he cannot see well he can hear very well and loves to play games that involve little noises.
We are getting ready to move across the country and know being blind he would not do well with it no matter how we accomplish it. We love our boy but do not want to put him through that stress.
