My story

Orion-Siberian Husky male, ~ 1-2 yr. (Aug. 2024)
Orion was saved from a High Kill rural shelter on what is called a 'code red' day....which means it would have been the last day of his life, if not for rescue. He's living in foster care with a Dog Trainer. She has evaluated him and found him to be very loving with humans both adults and children. He's shown no resource guarding and rides well in the car. This week we'll know more about him, but can say he's off to a great start. He's a medium sized dog, about 50# and will enjoy an active lifestyle. Orion's adoption fee is $350 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption. For our application, please email rescuebc@hotmail.com.
