My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

FOSTER/ ADOPT REMI

Meet Remi – Your Future Best Friend

Hi there! My name is Remi, and I’m a healthy young female Mastiff mix, around 1 year old and about 70 lbs of pure love and snuggles. I’m curious, smart, and attentive, always ready to show my affection. Some of my favorite things include going for walks, chasing birds and bunnies, taking long naps, and enjoying frozen carrots. I’m making great progress with my leash skills and am almost fully housebroken.

I’m an easygoing, fast learner who’s eager to please, though I could use a bit of basic obedience training to perfect my manners. I’d love to work on this with you!

A Little About My Past:

I had a tough start when I was found by some kind-hearted people after being hit by a car. I broke my leg in the accident, but after months of rehab and rest, I’m back to my energetic self! My leg and hip are getting stronger every day, and I love running and playing for hours

I’m on the hunt for my forever home! I’d be happiest with a younger couple or individual who loves outdoor adventures like walks or hikes and has the time and patience to help me continue my training. I would be best fit in a family with older children, due to my larger size. I love playing with other dogs- all sizes!

I’m spayed, vaccinated, and crate trained! I’m a pro at relaxing in my crate during the day and sleep quietly through the night. While I can be a bit shy at first, give me a little time, and my goofy, loving personality will shine through.

More about this rescue

The Animal Rescue Mission(ARM) was created to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home unwanted animals while educating the public on how to provide a safer, happier world for all animals. Ensuring that every formerly homeless, abused, and neglected animal receives the rehabilitation they need and then be matched with a permanent loving home is our goal.
