My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mocha is a sweet 3 month old Anatolian Shepherd (Mom) and Border Collie (Dad) mix who is one of five that were surrendered to us recently. Both of her parents are known, and each is pure bred. Mom is said to be very laid back, and not inclined to stay in the field with her fuzzy grazing charges, particularly when she is in heat! Dad is a very obliging and hard-working herding dog, but given the disposition of the mom to do guardian work, and the laid back attitude of her 3 month old pups, we are NOT adopting her pups out to be guardian dogs, and it is unlikely that they can be relied upon to herd. So, you should consider Mocha and her siblings to be pet quality dogs who should be good with children and other dogs if properly cared for and trained.

Mocha's adoption fee is $300, which includes her puppy shot series (two DAPP, a rabies and a Bordetella shot), and her spay and microchip when she turns 8 months old if you live in the area around Alturas, CA (where we are located). Otherwise, these costs must be paid by the adopter and we will refund $100 of the adoption fee upon proof of spay.
