Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Barney was sadly sitting at the shelter with no one looking for him. He was sad and wondering where his people were. Luckily, we came by and rescued him. He’s been a happy boy ever since. He lives with a family that has 4 other dogs—large and small breed. He loves to jump into the swimming pool for a swim. And there hasn’t been a ball that he won’t gladly chase. He’s an expert fetcher!
Barney needs a family with older children. Because, he doesn’t quite understand sharing his toys. He’s learning but, his days in the street taught him to hold onto his things better, or he could lose them.
He is good with other dogs but, seems to prefer the ones his size. His big foster brother is a bit intimidating and his tiny foster brother is a bit too delicate for his rough and tumble play style. The Pugs seem to be just right—lol.
Barney would be a wonderful only dog, if you only want one. People are his favorite above all else. He loves his walks and games of tug and fetch. He will be an excellent companion. He adores movie nights and snuggling on the couch while you read a cozy mystery book.
