My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

🐾 Hi there! I’m Jeno! 🐾
I’m a 1-year-6-month-old male Jindo mix with a beautiful white coat. Weighing in at 14 kg, I’m the perfect size for cuddles and adventures! 🐶
My Story: A year ago, I had a tough time when I was in a car accident. I had a fractured jawbone and a fracture in my right leg. But thanks to some amazing humans, I had surgery and went through six months of rehabilitation. Now, I’m fully recovered and ready to find my forever home! 🏡💖
My Personality:
• I’m a bit shy at first, but give me a snack, and I’ll be your best friend in no time! 🍪
• You can lift me by putting your arm under my belly. I don’t mind at all!
• Once we’re friends, I’ll show you my belly for some rubs. It’s my way of saying I trust you! 🥰
• I love meeting new doggy friends and I’m always up for a playdate. 🐕
• I’m friendly with dogs my size and I avoid confrontation, even if another dog tries to provoke me.
• Cats? No problem! I focus on my human during walks and don’t get distracted by them. 🐱
• I enjoy outdoor activities but also love to rest quietly after a fun day out. 🌳
• I’m great on a leash and don’t pull, making our walks enjoyable and stress-free. 🚶‍♂️
• I don’t guard my food and I’m calm in a kennel. 🥣
• Car rides can be a bit scary for me, so I need a little help getting in. 🚗
• I’m potty trained and use both indoor pads and the great outdoors for my bathroom needs. 🚽
Special Notes:
• I might seem to have a bit of leg pain after a long walk or run due to my surgery history, but I’m fully recovered now. Strengthening my leg muscles through walking would be great for me! 💪
• I have a history of jaw surgery, so please avoid giving me hard snacks. Soft treats are the way to my heart! 🦴
I’m very affectionate and get friendly with strangers after just a few minutes. I’m looking for a loving home where I can share my love and joy. Could that be with you? 🏠❤️
Come meet me and let’s start our adventure together! 🐾✨

More about this rescue

Chenny's Happy Tails Rescue Canada is a not-for-profit group(Corporate name: 12023318 CANADA FOUNDATION) registered in Canada, based in Toronto, Canada.

We are against the slaughter and consumption of dogs in Korea.
In Korea, there are many dogs that are kept in overcrowded cages in dog-meat facilities. They are sent to the market after being tortured to death. Although the consumption of dog meat is increasingly controversial and the vast majority of younger generations do not believe in dog meat, there are still many dogs that need to be rescued from farms and streets on which they have been abandoned/mistreated by humans.

We are committed to finding forever homes for dogs in Canada.
Chenny's Happy Tails Korea rescues and rehabilitates dogs to make them ready to be adopted.
Chenny's Happy Tails Canada works on finding the best adopter for each dog who can provide them a forever loving home and reliable care.
