My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Teddy is a cottonball of sweetness and love and got his name his due to his loving and comforting temperament! Teddy is most interested in timidly exploring his environment and getting gentle hugs and attention from his foster family. He likes to play one-on-one with his siblings, but stays away from the adult foster cats in the home. Teddy is a little intimidated by toys but enjoys playing with his foster humans’ hands. He would do well in a calm household with high school-aged children or older and who would know how to treat him gently and lovingly. If other cats are in the home, he would do well if they aren’t dominant or aggressive. He would probably not do well with a dog brother or sister as he would likely spend most of the time hiding. It can take him a while to warm up to a new environment, but if given time and patience he would make an excellent companion to the right humans who want a sweet and calm little boy to love on!

He is 13 weeks old as of August 5, and weighs 4 pounds. If you are interested please write to Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com.

Our vetting is extensive: Spay, rabies, FIV vaccine, FIV tested and negative, fecal and dewormings and a Drontal  and microchipped.

PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

We are a full volunteer rescue organization. All of our animals are kept in loving foster homes, receiving the best care possible. A completed application must be submitted and approved to meet with our dogs/pups. A completed application helps us determine compatibility and also helps us to ensure a successful adoption.
