My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Twiny (D-584). We were told that she was born February of 2022. She's a Shepherd mix but is much smaller than a standard. Twiny is less than 40 lbs and very submissive. We don't have any history of her with cats. She is good with other dogs, and ready for her next adventure. Thus far she has spent her entire life on a tether in a hoarding situation.
