Richard Arlo is a 1-year-old, 47 pound, white and brown, poodle who joined us from Lockhart Animal shelter. This playful and sweet pup is great with other dogs, though he does require slow introductions to ensure a smooth transition. Richard is potty trained and currently working on his leash training, making strides every day. Due to his size and exuberant nature, Richard would do best in a home with older children, as he doesn't always realize his own strength.
He's a lively and affectionate dog who will thrive in an active household where he can get plenty of exercise and attention. Richard has shown us just how much he enjoys running in the yard but he has also shown us just how much he likes to jump short fences. He will need a tall fenced yard as the shorter ones he can jump over. If you're looking for a big-hearted, energetic companion, Richard Arlo might just be the perfect fit for you!

CAMO Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that offers life, health, and a forever home. We specialize in dogs that other rescues can’t or won’t take due to fearful nature or medical needs. We primarily rescue ‘euthanasia listed’ animals that are in immediate danger of death. We provide shots, spay/neuter, microchip, foster homes, food, medical treatment and love to dogs that are abandoned, unwanted or otherwise in need.
