HI - I'M TULIE! I'm a 1-1/2-year-old terrier mix in need of a forever home! I was rescued from an overcrowded California shelter, and now am in a Seattle-area foster home! I get along well with other dogs, and I love people once I get to know them. I do take a bit to warm up to people, so if you meet me, just know that about me. But once you're in my inner circle, you're golden! I tend to prefer women to men but that doesn't mean I can't live with a man - I just need him to earn my trust. I weigh only 23 pounds!
