Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

We start off with an interview which just covers some basic questions to make sure you will be providing a safe and loving home for your new pet. We have an adoption contract that is required upon adoption of an animal. It states that you must adequately take care of the animal which includes shelter, confinement if necessary, and proper nutrition. The adoption fee varies to include all of the funds the animal has used. If they are not spayed or neutered yet, a deposit will be required, or it will be done by us upon adoption.

Go meet their pets

All animals are on site and will occasionally be shown at adoption days and local stores.

More about this rescue

Tennessee Animal Rescue and Shelter Inc. was founded to help alleviate the suffering of animals. There are way too many animals that are abandoned, neglected, or abused by no fault of their own. This shelter plans to help these animals get the homes they deserve through rehabilitation and proper education. People need to be aware of their responsibilities to the animal before they bring it into their home.
