We have joined forces with Hopeful Paws of Florida to find a home for Diego.
This big silly goofball was pulled from West Palm Beach shelter just in time before being euthanized! Now he’s looking for his forever home. Currently he’s in boarding. We urgently need a long-term foster or even better an adopter.
Diego can be very strong on the leash at times and will need some leash training. He loves to cuddle and has a sweet personality, and he is crate trained. He still is a puppy and has puppy tendencies so he will need a firm owner. With consistency and a schedule, he is going to make an awesome family dog. He is good with kids, but due to his puppy like behavior and can be mouthy, older kids only. No cats.
As Diego will be going through heartworm treatment shortly, it is preferable that he be the only dog in a home and a quiet one when he starts his treatment. We are hoping to find a foster in either the Fort Myers or Naples area or Pinellas County.
Located in Pinellas County, Florida.
