My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Gaga!

Gaga entered Baldwin Park Animal Care Center as a stray, When she wasn't claimed and then was overlooked by adopters, shelter volunteers advocated for her rescue and reported that she was a rockstar in play groups with other dogs.

On August 12th, our volunteer made the drive to bring her to safety. Gaga is around 8 years old and weighs just under 66 lbs. She is so friendly and sweet, and she's doing great in play groups at FFF, too!

Gaga went on a two-week Frosted Fling, so we could learn what she is like in a home setting. She's such a good girl that she is staying as a Foster through to adoption. Isn't that great?

Her Foster Mom reports:

"Gaga is such a love. Want someone who makes you feel like you're the BEST? She's your girl!

Gaga's three most favorite things to do are: (1) getting snuggles or pets, (2) playing with toys, and (3) sleeping or snacking (it's a tie).

More info about Gaga:

She rides well in the car.
She is playful but lets my dog know when she's done.
Toys are fun!
Dog beds? Amazing!
Potty trained? Yes!
Does she ask for your love and affection? Absolutely!
Want her to sit for a treat? Just ask!

Gaga has energy (she's a baby at only 8 years old) but also enjoys her sunning time in typical pitty fashion. She has a funny sleeping position. Not all the time, but a lot of the time, she sleeps falling out of a dog bed. Head on the floor and snoring away!

Our morning walks are going well, and everyone we meet loves Gaga. She is a leash puller some of the time, but it's just because she's so excited! She met our neighbor bully, and they had their matching tail wags. They sniffed each other, and Gaga was a rockstar.

Gaga is such a sweet and happy girl. She will make the best companion!"

If Gaga sounds like the new best friend you've been looking for, please email adopt@frostedfacesfoundation.org to schedule a time to meet her!
