My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This sweet, polite shepherd/hound mix is looking for her forever home. Trudy is 6 years old and already housebroken and has great house manners. She has lived with cats before and done great. She is dog friendly but her ideal dog friend would be a calm, polite other dog that doesn't overwhelm her. She is friendly with people but can be a little shy at first, she would do best with calm, older children and would likely be stressed out by young or very rowdy/active children.

Adoption fee is $150. Trudy is spayed and current on her vaccines.

Happy Trails Animal Rescue is a 501(c)3 nonprofit rescue based in Central Florida. Established in 2013, we have successfully placed over 200 dogs. As we continue to grow, we have opened our Community Resource Center in 2019 and provide training, education, grooming events, and a food pantry for those in need in Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties. Thanks to our training scholarships, we have helped over 100 rescue dogs have continued success in their furever home.
