Meet Cooper! https://youtu.be/xT2plu8Wqkg
Cooper is 2 years old, male (approx. DOB 6-5-22), 45 lbs., vetted, is or will be neutered, and micro-chipped.
Cooper was saved on his last day at the SC shelter. He does well with dogs big and small and gets so very excited to make new friends, maybe cats (all cat/dog relationships are different), and has the cutest little nub tail; adorable when it wags! In his current foster home he is potty trained, crate trained, has medium+ energy, and is VERY outgoing with people! He loves everyone! Cooper knows Sit, will come to you when you call his name, and is working on "Place". He loves belly runs, walk, runs, fetch, and his favorite game is keep-away! He loves to be a part of whatever is going on, and sports 2 different model looks; ears up and ears down! Cooper loves cheese and peanut butter! He is an active pup that wants to be loved and love someone back! He’s a thumper when you scratch his belly, and he loves somersaults! He has THE BEST smile and will make you laugh a lot! Stay tuned for more information as Cooper is a new rescue!

Disclosure: Breed labels are often incorrect: we rarely know the genetic lineage of the dogs we rescue. Many shelters and rescues specify breeds based on appearance; however, research has shown that less than 2% of a dog’s DNA determines appearance! Passion 4 Paws does not practice the use of labels pertaining to compatibility with others or dog breed. Labels such as “dog friendly” and “child friendly” should be used with caution as they often over-simplify the personalities and behavior of dogs.
