What a story to tell! San Felipe was notified of a horrific dog hoarding situation. An elderly woman was caring for many street dogs, giving them food and water and giving them shelter in an abandoned building. She became ill and the well being of the dogs became overwhelming for her. She was not able to have them neutered and spayed so consequently they quickly multiplied and became 31. The rescue has taken all of them under their wing and they are ready for adoption. Mando is a tiny little guy that would make a perfect travel companion or family member for someone looking for a tiny buddy. He is ready to call your home his.
