My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Chicken! This tiny lad is pretty nervous here in the shelter, and is ready to get out of here and into his furever home. Chicken came into our care with his brother Waffles, and they were both pretty nervous and under-socialized. Chicken is still taking his time to warm up to us, but with some TLC and trust building we are sure he will come around. Chicken is looking for a home that will help him catch up on the socialization and positive-reinforcement based training he has missed out on so far. Because of his more nervous nature, Chicken would likely prefer more quiet, laid back home without small children. If you have other animals in your home, we recommend bringing them in for a meet and greet before taking Chicken home. If you are interested in meeting with Chicken, please submit an adoption form on our website: fairfieldcountydogs.com and we will contact you to arrange a time to visit.
