Handsome Sam is an 8 month old yellow lab mix. This guy is such a sweetie! Here is what his foster Mom had to report to us about Sam!
"This is Sam!! King of the goofy faces!! This wonderful guy is 8 months old and already a classic VGB (very good boy)! His breed appears to be yellow lab /white shepherd mix. He's a big guy, around 60 pounds and needs to fill out a bit. Will probably be 70-75 pounds full grown at a healthy weight.
Sam has puppy energy, but not unruly puppy energy. He is just so happy to be out of the shelter, but settles quickly. He has met the cat and all of the dogs (from 9 pounds to 90) and gets a long great with everyone. He has only pottied outdoors (zero accidents!) and kennels nicely and quietly. He even kennels himself at bed time! He is quickly learning the ropes here (like in record time). Honestly someone is going to win the jackpot with this dog. He has that "best friend" nature. So easy going and just happy to be here. He deserves to be the center of someone's world, taken along on all of their adventures.
