Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
The vet suspects Missy is American Staffordshire Terrier mix, but it is not confirmed. She showed up one day at a property in a rural area of SC. They tried but could not find her home. We brought her home with us, had her scanned for a microchip (no chip), & are fostering her until we can find her forever home. Missy's rescue home had children + dogs, & she was great with them. Missy has the energy of a young dog but can calm down easily. She is learning to walk calmly on a leash & loves to meet other dogs on our walks. Missy is very sweet and loving and warms up to people quickly. She does great in the car. She hangs out in her "spot"- her crate or on a blanket in the living room. She loves running around outside and would do best with a fenced yard. There is some separation anxiety, but she is getting better about being alone. Missy comes with some food, bed/crate, some supplies (bowl, toys, harness), UTD on all her shots and Simparica Trio.
