Say hello to this loving affectionate boy! His name is Marti, and he has had a rough start to life. He is now ready for his forever family. He is up to date on his vaccines including his rabies and is already neutered. When Marti came into the shelter his collar was way too tight. He is now healed up and is ready to go home.
