What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Pan is a 4yo neutered male Australian Shepherd. He has been a loved member of our family since we brought him home as a puppy.
Pan is adventurous, goofy, and affectionate. He loves catching balls and playing tug. He enjoys hiking and camping. He is always down to snuggle. He is a good traveler, walks well on a leash, and is a great around-the-town pup.
Unfortunately Pan has a nipping problem with small children and we can no longer have him in the same house with our toddler.
His two biting incidents were provoked by my daughter climbing on top of him or pulling his fur. Pan plays well with older children, and we frequently dogsit him in a home with a 12yo boy who absolutely loves him.
Pan would do well in a house as the only dog with adults or older children. He is still very active and needs daily walks or play. He also need someone who is willing to spend time with training to help manage his anxiety.
