Hello, Friends. The last two attempts to find a new home for Sammie have been unsuccessful. The first was due to an unexpected health issue of the new human; the second determined that they did not have the adequate space (which was a difficult decision for them to make).

I am moving to Alaska, and am unable to take Sammie with me due to housing issues. This is a difficult choice to make.

Sammie is a loving, adorable, and playful Chocolate Lab. Like all Labs, she loves humans and other cats & dogs. She does not have any health issues.

Unfortunately, I only learned this morning that the plans for Sammie's new home would have to be cancelled. I have already sold my house and am in preparations to leave for Alaska this week. However, I will delay my travel until I can find Sammie a loving and welcome home.

I can provide a gift certificate to assist Sammie's new humans with any expenses involved in taking in a new animal friend.
