My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lyllah is a mix of hanging tree and blue/red heeler. She was very loved by her family, including the children in the home, but due to medical reasons she is now in search of a new and very loving home. I think she would be a great fit for the country lifestyle, but could also do well with a fenced in yard.

More about this shelter

My family runs a dog boarding facility in the country outside the small town of Winner, SD. We began fostering dogs for another shelter located in a town about 35 miles away. About a year ago, we began taking in dogs separately from that shelter. We typically take dogs who have been rescued by the local pound or the county sheriff's department. They stay with us until we are able to find a good family for them.
