For Adopt a Pet and the PEDIGREE® brand, October is all about finding homes for dogs in shelters. Adopt this month for a PEDIGREE® Wet Food Pouch and a chance to win a Homecoming-style photo shoot and shelter donation.
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Lily is a six-year-old Great Pyrenees/Labrador mix with a big heart and lots of love to give. She’s incredibly affectionate and loves lounging at the feet of people she loves, especially with a peanut butter Kong to snack on. When she's not being a couch potato, she enjoys agility training and walking in the woods and through town. Just don't be surprised if she decides to do six or seven somersaults in a row in the grass.
Lily thrives in a chill environment where she can have her space and relax. She’s been trained with top-tier professionals and really 'locks in' during training sessions. She's a joy to work with. She also has lifetime access to training at the Upstate Canine Academy. For the right adopter, especially someone with experience around clever dogs, she’ll be an incredible companion.
Lily would do best in a quiet home, ideally without young kids, where she can get the love and attention she deserves. If you’re interested in meeting Lily, we’d love to chat!
