Here's what the humans have to say about me:
***Lettie***
Lettie is a 2 year old mini poodle weighing about 10 pounds. Lettie came from a breeder and she is shy, but makes more and more progress every day. Her foster mom says this:
It's been a joy to watch Lettie come out of her shell. Outside she's a crazy lady. Inside Lettie heads right for her crate. She's still a bit uncomfortable about being handled. Lettie thinks Bean (Lettie's older foster sibling) is her safe place. Lettie will probably do well in most homes as long as the people are patient and don't have great expectations right away."
This sums up adopting a puppy mill dog - it will take patience and time to see Lettie blossom, but we know she will. Lettie will do best in a home with another dog or dogs as she's really grown up only knowing the comfort of dogs.
