We can’t believe these precious pups are still waiting to be adopted!😔💔 These brave puppies were found in the middle of the road, severely dehydrated, infested with ticks, and every single puppy had bruises on its belly. Thanks to the quick actions of some of our dedicated team members, they received the urgent care they needed. After lots of love, medical attention, and a cozy recovery period, they are now healthy, happy, and more than ready to find their forever homes. All of our animals come completely vaccinated and have been spayed/neutered. If you’re interested in adopting any of these adorable pups, you can fill out an adoption application on our website or please visit us during our open hours! If you have personal dogs at home, we do require a meet and greet with the shelter pet and your dogs.

Submit Application

We have an online application on our website, or a paper form at the shelter.

Additional adoption info

The first step in the adoption process is to come to the shelter to meet the pet in person. We will have you fill out a questionnaire to confirm the pet is a good fit for your family. If you are selected, there is an adoption contract and adoption fee we will have you complete. Please bring your Driver's License or other photo ID to complete the adoption process.

As required by Missouri State Law Section 273.403, all dogs and cats are required to be spayed/neutered before the adoption can be finalized.
