My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Part of our larger "bird" kitten crew, we have two grey sisters: Lark and Starling. Lark is playful and sweet. Starling is rambunctious but also likes pets and snuggles. They both play a lot and like attention and get along well.

Our preference is for Lark to be adopted with her sister or one of her cousins. As with most of our kittens, we will not place her in a home without another young cat.

Lark is at the lounge, so you can visit her during open hours.

Our adoptions coordinator will verify your application information, and someone from our team will meet with you at the lounge to introduce you to your potential forever friend. We adopt out based on the best match for pets, not on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Rescue and Relax is a Pittsburgh nonprofit animal rescue. We operate with a dedicated group of volunteers and foster homes, caring for homeless animals from across Western Pennsylvania until they can be placed in loving forever homes. Our cat lounge is home to between 15 and 20 adoptable cats at a time.
