My name is Shadow!

Shadow was found as a stray in Austin, Texas in 2014 and we suspect she was about 1yo at the time, making her about 11yo now. She made the move with us to Colorado Springs in 2019. She has been healthy the whole time and had her shots in TX prior to leaving.
She has been with my mother for the last 3 years, but mom is moving to Georgia and can not take her.
Shadow and dogs don't mix well (she hides mostly) and so we need to find her a forever home with someone who loves a cat in their lap :). Shadow loves her belly rubs.
For the last few years she has been an indoor cat, but is capable of venturing outside.
She is not an aggressive cat, although she definitely is independent at times.
We would love for her to have space to roam around the house and attention throughout the day.
She would be purrfect for a retired senior like herself.
Preferred adoption within Colorado Springs, but will bring her to the right applicant. All current
supplies and food shared too.
