Dreaming of a beauty of a hound? Black and deep mocha, with ears that go on forever? A sharp hound mind and active sense of adventure? Well then you are dreaming of Dreamer and we are here to deliver your dreams in a dog form. Dreamer is an adult hound who weighs about 45 lbs full grown. She is smart as a whip and prefers being with people and on the move more than anything. She has a hound voice, a hound nose and that big hound heart that gets along with all other dogs and makes lemonade out of lemons. Dreamer would be best suited for home living, as she likes to talk in the voice of her people at times and may not fit well in an apartment setting. She will easily join an existing pack and would love to have regular smell-ums, walkies and lots of treats on the daily. Dreamer is good in her crate and will be waiting for you to arrive. Dream on and make an appointment ASAP.

Their adoption fee is $350.00. Each has been carefully screened for disposition and temperament in order to provide your home with a safe companion that will enjoy life as your new family member.

Located in central North Carolina and officially established in 2004, Saving Grace has placed over 15,000 dogs into homes since its inception. These dogs were from rural animal control facilities with little resources and who would otherwise not had the opportunity to receive necessary veterinary care and a chance at adoption. While we have grown significantly over the years and have been successful growing our numbers we still see many great dogs miss the opportunity of adoption.
We have a large variety of dogs varying in breed, size, shape, age and needs and would love to work with you to find you a great dog companion while providing a dog in need with a loving home. Our dogs are chosen based on temperament and socialization. We get some of the most charming, unique mix breeds as well as some striking purebreds. Our dogs come from rural, underserved areas and while they may have little experience as an indoor family member, they have the temperament and personality that is sure to bring much love and appreciation to their new home. Most have started their crate training while in our program. Veterinary care including spay/neuter, microchip, heartworm test, vaccinations, monthly preventatives are provided prior to each adoption.
