Meet Franklin

Meet our cutie named Franklin, he is a male ginger tabby and sugar sweet . Franklin is an active and curious fellow who loves to play and accepts pets. When it comes to snuggles, he’s always a man on a mission and it has to be his choice to snuggle ! His purr motor is industrial grade and so are his wiggles and at this point in his young life, he is so happy and can be tough to hold onto ! He has had no problem making friends with other cats of varying ages and seems to consider the fosters big dogs to be nothing more than giant cats. Franklin enjoys boxes and string toys and is always ready to chase things. Come and meet Franklin and become his newest best friend!

Submit Application

All applicants must be prepared to provide proof of home ownership or a lease showing the pet will be allowed in the home

2.
Approve Application

applicant will need to provide photos of the property detailing fencing and overall yard. More may be required

3.
Interview

Interviews may be done in person or on the phone or at time of meet and greet.

PETCO - CATS
Cat and kitten adoptions EVERY Saturday from 1-4pm and at the Napa Petco located at 3284 Jefferson Street, Napa, CA 94558.

PETCO - DOGS
Dog and puppy adoptions EVERY Saturday from 12:00-4:00 at the Napa Petco located at 3284 Jefferson Street, Napa, CA 94558.

Whiskers, Tails and Ferals is a network of volunteers and foster families caring for dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens who have been abandoned, are feral, or are facing the threat of being euthanized at an animal shelter.
All dogs and cats that come into our program are spayed or neutered. Felines are FeLV and possibly FIV, vaccinated, wormed (as needed) and micro-chipped.
All sick animals are immediately put under the care and supervision of a Napa veterinarian and Whiskers, Tails and Ferals pays for their medications.
The cats and kittens that are not able to be tamed, are spayed or neutered, vaccinated and returned to their colonies where colony guardians continue to feed and care for them.
