My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Schmidt is about as good as a puppy gets. By some puppy miracle he has slept without a peep in his crate since the first night we got him.. and if you’ve ever crate trained a puppy you know what a gift that is. He has also never had an accident in his crate and is doing great with house training. He loooves all our dogs and enjoys barking at our cat (but is friendly with her!) He is a spunky little guy on his own but the second you hold him he’s immediately calm. He has learned to beg for ice anytime he hears us getting it from the fridge and knows to sit and wait. His favorite time of day is meal time.. he goes crazy for a treat.. and loves a good chew toy and a comfy bed to lay in. He’s at the perfect fun puppy age and I hope his future family will get to enjoy it!!

Meet the Pet

Ideally this will take place in the potential adopters home. If not, this can be done in a public setting.

Pay Fee

You will receive a PayPal invoice for the adoption fee prior to adoption.

5.
Take the Pet Home

Adoptions are scheduled after a successful meet and greet with an official 405 Animal Rescue adoption counselor via our scheduling link.

405 Animal Rescue is an Oklahoma City, Oklahoma-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. An estimated 11 million cats and dogs are killed in United States shelters each year. Our organization strives to help beat those odds as much as possible by rescuing animals off death-row and euthanasia, rescuing unwanted animals, promoting spay and neuter, microchipping to increase the return-to-owner rate, socialize and rehabilitate mentally and physically abused animals, and much more.
