My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Teddy is a beautiful senior miniature poodle, about 8 years old who was abandoned in Mexico and taken in by our sister rescue there.

He is calm and mellow, gets along well with other dogs and loves to be around people.

He has a very wide overbite which doesn't affect him leading a normal life and is healthy and happy.

He would do best with a stay at home family with older,  respectful kids who are willing and able to be patient and take Teddy on walks and outings regularly, but also be around him a lot because that's what he enjoys the most.

He is crate trained and has no issues being left alone an hour or so if needed.

He is learning to potty outside, but wears a belly band in the meantime inside the house to prevent him from marking.

If you think Teddy is a good fit for your family, please send us an application.  Thank you!
