My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nugget is one of the most loving in this litter; he enjoys being in your arms and always touches his paws to your face. He is an independent boy and will entertain himself, but is a happy kitty when around his people and is fun and friendly when the family is ready to shower him with playtime and affection. He's in a foster home with a resident adult female kitty and two kitty-friendly dogs, and co-exists well in a multi-pet household.

More about this rescue

We have created a non-profit animal shelter dedicated to eliminating cruelty, abuse and the overpopulation of animals. The Humane Society is committed to creating the awareness of animal rights throughout the Romeoville community by providing numerous animal welfare programs, including pet adoptions, humane education and cruelty investigations. ALL animals available for adoption are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, fecal tested, fiv/felv tested (cats only), heartworm tested (dogs only) and microchipped. It is the policy of the Romeoville Humane Society to spay or neuter all animals in its care in an effort to reduce the homeless pet population.
