My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Philly is a playful and curious pup. Once he warms up he is ready to run with the big guys, literally! His foster home has 2 large dogs (almost 70 lbs each) and he has been getting along with them really well, in addition to young kids. He is very food motivated which has been great for housebreaking and he can now go throug the night in his crate with no accidents. He loves chewing on sticks and even apples that have fallen from the tree in the backyard. He is a super playful pup that is sure to warm your heart and put a smile on your face!

The adoption process typically takes ~1 week. You will not take a dog home on the same day you meet him/her.

Additional adoption info

We require an adoption application to be filled out, an interview with one of our volunteers (this can be done at the adoption event), a home visit is required prior to the animal going to their new home.
