Behavioral needs: Ginger loves to initiate contact by rubbing against humans and following along like a shadow while chirping with happiness. She likes being pet on her head and back, but only from behind; she does not like a hand to approach her face. She doesn’t like to be picked up and will let you know what she does not want. She takes time to adjust to anything new in her environment.

Animal Characteristics: Ginger is a curious little kitty who is very chatty! She is warming up and learning that humans are safe and loving. She needs a patient adopter who will understand what she likes and help her build confidence at her own pace. She will do best in a home with a chill and playful cat.
