My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jasper turned 4 the week before his flight to the USA. Big and beautifully proportioned, with lovely buckskin brindle markings, his professional career was a short one with only a single victory out of 17 races.

Now that he’s not in training, Jasper is very eager to play - with or without toys – and he seems to particularly relish a good game of chase. He’s also a very chatty hound when asking for attention and pets. This doesn’t escalate to barking but might be misconstrued as growling by people unfamiliar with the way some greys ask people or other dogs to come and have fun.

Jasper’s a big boy with an even bigger enthusiasm for life, so he needs his people to be experienced enough to make sure he doesn’t throw his weight around, taking full advantage of the good leash training his trainer gave him.

We would like to find Jasper a home with a fenced yard and no small pets or small kids.
