My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Chanel is a 7 month old blue brindle staffie, born on 12/31/23.. Shes about 40/45 lbs and will not grow too much bigger.

She's a very sweet and gentle puppy! She loves to cuddle, play and go for walks.
Chanel loves people, and is great with both men, women and kids. She's grown up with babies and toddlers and sleeps and plays with them.
She's very loyal and gets attached to her people quickly.

She hasn't been left home alone very much, so she does have some separation anxiety she'll need some work on.

Its not very clear how she is with other dogs. She does well with other dogs in day care, got along well with the other small dogs in her house until one day she starts scuffling with them (none of them are fixed, so we think that's why), which is why shes being rehomed. So, we're not sure how she'll do with other dogs once she is spayed.

She has ignored cats when shes passed them on leash, but does get riled up if they hiss at her.

Chanel is house trained and walks well on a leash. her favorite game is fetch, and she loves to cuddle and give kisses.

We will help with getting her spayed. Please reach out if interested, and we will put you in contact with her owners who need her rehomed.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

There is an application process, and a tax deductible donation fee, which includes all up-to-date vaccinations and the dog's spay or neuter. We may opt to do a homecheck, but will discuss during the adoption finalization.

We also require a one week "trial period" with the dog to make sure that you and the dog get along well. After the one week period, we will either move forward with the adoption if the adopter so chooses, or the potential adopter can return the dog to Pacific Pups Rescue without penalty.
