9-year-old Tiger needs loving new home following the unexpected passing of her mom the beginning of August. Thankfully, kind neighbors took Tiger in to ensure she wouldn't be taken to the overcrowded shelter. Despite the sudden change in her life, Tiger has adjusted well and is a snuggly, playful houseguest!
Tiger is a charming older lady who quickly warms up to new friends. Although she is an older dog and moves a bit slower, she's got a delightful pep in her step, especially when she's out for walks. She barks at other dogs on walks, but otherwise is quiet and calm. Her current caregivers haven't had a chance yet to see her interact with other animals inside a familiar setting like a home.
From the very first night in her foster home, Tiger showed her playful side with her new stuffed lamb chop toy (see video), making it clear she's got a loving, joyful spirit. She's a big fan of cuddles and will happily nudge you for pets, but she's also respectful of your space and often finds a cozy spot to relax once she feels the love.
Overall, Tiger is a sweet, affectionate, house-trained dog who would thrive in a loving home with someone who understands and appreciates her gentle nature. If you're looking for a devoted companion who loves to cuddle and enjoys her walks, Tiger might just be the perfect fit for you.
