This pretty girl is Chavelle and she is still available for adoption.

From her foster:
It has been so fun having Chavelle at our house. She had a bit of an attitude until we figured out that her tummy cannot handle chicken. Since making a switch in her food she has been a loving, slightly skid-ish, kitten that loves to be close to you while not being in your lap. She is VERY food motivated and loves soft treats. She’s learning to understand our dogs and has started forming a friendship with our Rottweiler, so I think she would do fine in a house with other animals. This fluffy, loving girl would be the best companion, and deserves to find an amazing forever home!"

You can view the animals available for adoption on the Audrain Humane Society website or on Facebook at Pet Pals: Audrain Humane Society

When you find an animal you are interested in adopting submit an adoption application. The application will ask for basic information about you and your household, as well as your experience with pet ownership.

If your application is approved, you will be notified and a meet and greet scheduled where the adoption fees will be paid in full and the adoption contract signed.

Take your new pet home! The staff member will provide you with instructions on how to care for your new pet and will answer any questions you have.

Please note that the Audrain Humane Society may require additional steps in the adoption process, such as a home visit or a reference check.
