This pretty girl is Pennysylvania, Penny for short. She was brought to the shelter as a stray and would make a wonderful addition to your family as an Indoor or an Indoor/Outdoor cat. She loves the attention of her humans and being a cat, she will come to you on her own terms. She does not like other furry babies cutting into her time with you, so if you are looking for one furry animal, then maybe this cutie pie would work for you~ Please stop by the shelter to meet her and see if she would be great for your home.

Sign Adoption Contract

We do not have applications our adoptions are first come, first serve.

3.
Take the Pet Home

All available pets are spay/neutered and ready to go home immediately.

Additional adoption info

$100 Adoption Fee

Our adoption fee includes Spay/Neuter, heartworm/leukemia testing, initial vaccinations, deworming, flea preventive, micro chip, sample bag of food and various other services.

The Cherokee County Animal Shelter is a "full service" operation. We take in animals that are brought in by Cherokee County Animal Control officers, animals owned by citizens of Cherokee County and unwanted strays found in Cherokee County. The Cherokee County Animal Shelter also adopts animals out to the public.
