My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Booker-he and his brothers and sister were dumped in a box outside one of our foster homes!! Well that is one way to get an overwhelmed foster to take your unwanted puppies I guess. Problem is that they got out of the box and were wandering in the road. Thankfully a neighbor noticed them and immediately told the foster who of course ran out and gathered them up....and their new life began. These pups are a true mix. Obviously some Aussie going on with possibly some Spaniel. If you would like more information about one of these playful happy pups please email Cathy at pawsofdalehollow@gmail.com

More about this rescue

We laughingly call ourselves the AARP rescue group. We are a hand full of retired people that decided 16 years ago that an organization like ours was needed to help as many dogs (and kitties on occasion) as possible find homes where they would be loved and cared for. We are small group that provides individual attention to our adopters and our potential adopters. All of us came from a variety of different backgrounds in our working lives that have helped us use those strengths that we used all those years to help the dogs. We are accountants, business owners, bankers, etc but one thing we all have in common....we are animal lovers!
