My name is Chip!

My name is Chip. I absolutely love playing fetch. I would play until I pass out if my foster mom would let me. I would do best in a home with another dog because of how much energy I have. He is excellent with other dogs of all sizes.  I am crate trained but prefer not to be alone so he will do best in a home where someone is home the majority of the time or there is another dog to keep me company. We have been doing little trips to work on any anxiety about being alone and build his confidence.  I love cuddles and scratches and chew toys. I'm now 60lbs and don't know my own strength so a home with children ages 3 and up would be ok.  He has played with my neighbor's children who are 1 1/2 and 3 and he went up to them, laid down and rolled over. We visit every day now.  Chip is strong so I keep play gentle with him.  If he gets ramy, I know he needs a nap and I tell him to lay down and he goes right to sleep. I am housebroken and pull on the leash but I'm a fast learner and I'm working on it. Meet me and I guarantee you'll love me. Chip is now neutered, up to date with vaccines and microchipped.
